Zohar Zisapel has a vast background in entrepreneurship and management in the hi-tech industry since co-founding the RAD group together with his brother in 1981. Ever since Zohar started multiple successful companies in the Telecom and Cyber Security markets, and now serves on the boards of several publicly traded and privately owned companies.
Prior to founding the RAD Group, Zohar headed of the Electronic Research Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, for which he was awarded the Israel Defense Prize in 1979.
Zohar has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Ilan Barda, founder of Radiflow is a Security and Telecom executive with 20 years of experience in the industry.
Mr. Barda’s last position was the CEO of Seabridge, a Siemens subsidiary, with world-wide responsibility for the Siemens/Nokia-Siemens Carrier-Switches portfolio.
Ilan has deep experience in developing secure communication equipment from his service in the Information Security division of the IDF.
Ilan has a B.A. in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program.
An experienced security expert, Yehonatan Kfir has led Radiflow’s technology innovation road-map since 2014.
Earlier in his career he had served for 10 years in an IDF Intelligence Corp elite R&D Unit. In his last role in Unit 8200 he was in charge of new product research at the Cyber Innovation division and led a project that won the Intelligence Corp Commander’s Creative Thinking Award.
Yehonatan holds a BSc, an MSc, an MBA, and a PhD in Cyber Security.
Chief Products Officer
A renowned cyber warfare expert, Michael Langer brings over 20 years of experience in leading cyber defense initiatives for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and in defending national-grade information, telecom and other critical infrastructures.
Prior to joining Radiflow, Michael held multiple leadership positions in the IDF’s Cyber Security Technology Center, including Head of the Cyber Incident Response Team (IDF CERT), Head of Cyber Security R&D and Operations Branch and Chief Cyber Security Architect, where he played a critical role in developing the security for the IDF’s Cloud Platform and defining the cybersecurity roadmap for the IDF’s Digital Transformation program.
Michael holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and has been CISSP-certified since 2007.
V.P. Business Development
Rani Kehat brings over 25 years of experience in Business Development, product go-to-market and channel management in EMEA and APAC. His experience spans various disciplines including risk management, GRC and cyber security defense and advising and supporting various industries including Critical Information Infrastructures and ICS environments.
Prior to joining Radiflow Rani held several senior positions including Cyber Security Solutions leader at EMC and Director of Business Development for EMEA with Elbit’s Security division.
Rani holds a BSc in engineering from London Polytechnic University and an MBA in Marketing from Manchester University. He is also CISSP-certified Information Security Professional from ISC.
V.P. Strategic Sales
Tsur Segal brings over 28 years of experience in Technical and Sales Management focusing on SCADA and Control integration.
Tsur has vast experience in sales and implementation of comprehensive Cyber SCADA solutions for an array of industries, including water, gas, waste management, power generation and smart BMS for Buildings.
Prior to joining Radiflow Tsur served as Head of the Control department at Afcon Control & Automation , Head of Industry Automation (IA) at Siemens Israel, and Control Department manager at MER Group.
Tsur holds a BSc in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
V.P. Sales North America
TJ Roe is an industry veteran with 20 years’ experience in the design and sales of Industrial Automation Networks and Security for Power and Water Utilities, Intelligent Traffic Systems and more.
Previously TJ was Director of Strategic Markets for the industrial networking division of Belden and prior to that he held several positions of sales leadership at GarrettCom, where they introduced some of the industry’s first substation switches.
TJ was a contributing member to the IEEE Standard committee on Security for Substations and presented on cyber-security at leading industry events.
VP Sales UK and Northern Europe
David Moss brings over 18 years of experience in Sales and Sales Channel management in the EMEA region. His experience spans various industries including Critical National Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas.
Prior to joining Radiflow, David has held several senior sales leadership positions for Industrial Networking and IoT/M2M companies such as GarrettCom/Belden, CalAmp, and Encore Networks.
David Has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computing and Informatics from Plymouth University, an M.Sc. in Sales and Marketing from Portsmouth University, and an FdA in Business Management from Portsmouth University.
Sarah Moss joins Radiflow as Vice President of Marketing to drive brand leadership and demand generation across the solution portfolio.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience leading marketing activities for prominent cybersecurity vendors, including SailPoint Technologies and BeyondTrust where her expertise helped to significantly grow market awareness and establish new sales channels both in EMEA and Internationally.
Sarah holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
Uri Dror joined Radiflow in 2013 as the VP Operations in charge of Corporate Supply Chain Management, Production, Procurement, Logistic and Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Dror’s past experience includes over 15 years of result oriented in Operations in High-Tech Industry. Prior to joining Radiflow, Mr. Dror was the Director of operation at Channelot, the Supply chain manager in Ruggedcom and several operational positions within Verint system.
Mr. Dror holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ariel University Center.
