Open positions include:

Technical support engineer

  • Customer and partner facing interaction extending professional support remotely or on site
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Skills and qualifications:

Soft skills

  • Friendly human interface able to positively communicate in English and Hebrew (additional languages – advantage)
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Technical Skills

  • 7 Layer OSI – deep understanding of L2, L3 and L4
  • Switching and routing including protection protocols, static and dynamic routing
  • Security: ACLs 5 tuples, IPSec, Firewalls
  • Control SNMP, Radius/TACACS, NMS and EMS
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Cisco/Juniper environments and virtualization

Pre-sales engineer

  • Performing the pre-sales supports the processes the lead ICS/SCADA cyber-security solutions and company portfolio expert for prospects worldwide
  • Serves as a technology adviser to both prospective customers and representatives of currently assigned client accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ability to understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions are critical skills.
  • Perform demonstration, webinars, presentation and proof of concepts
  • Answer bids and tenders including generating creative system architecture and solution description

Skills and qualifications

Soft skills:

  • Friendly human interface verbal and frontal, able to positively communicate in English and Hebrew (French and/or German – advantage)
  • Excellent presentation skills and commercial communication skills at all levels
  • Commercial awareness, good experience with global accounts
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel extensively
  • Highly motivated, independent and  self-starter that does not need day-to-day management

Technical skills:

  • Good awareness of principal network cyber-security issues
  • ICS/SCADA OT networks knowledge and experience – advantage
  • Prior experience of network security solutions (firewalls, IPS, IDS and other network security devices)
  • Experience with switching and routing and Unix/Linux systems, low-layer (packet level) IP networking and have a thorough understanding of network security – advantage

Cyber Security Testing Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in cyber security (from a relevant military unit, security vendor or system integrator)
  • Professional experience in cyber security testing or field deployment (IPSec networks, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, etc.)
  • Experience with definition of test plans and test cases, as well as fault report systems

Web developer

  • 2-3 years of experience in Web Development, Client side
  • Self motivated, eager for success and Independent
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Advantage – Experience with building a Network map with multiple elements
