Customer & Project Delivery Manager

Radiflow is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing clients and helping on-board new clients

The customer delivery manager will serve as the primary contact point for the client/partner after product sale, and will manage the required implementation steps and timeline for delivery. He or she will bridge between the technical engineering and product teams and the client/partner during the integration period to ensure the client’s ability to extract the most value from the product and that the project is delivered on time to the customer’s full satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales and Presale teams to define and deliver a Statement of Work (Implementation Plan) to manage the implementation process with the client
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions  
  • Manage long-term cyber security implementation projects 
  • Assist customers and partners as needed with setting up training and implementation programs  
  • Working closely with Technical Pre-Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and Product Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely solution for customer problems
  • Assist in creating training and educational materials  
  • Proactively engage customers to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Provide a weekly report to the CPO and management 
  • Manage a list of customer-reported issues and track their handling to meet SLA and maximize customers delight

Qualifications   

  • 3-5 years of experience in professional/customer services (customer success position strongly preferred)
  • Proven project management skills (scope of work, milestone, delivery control)
  • Technology knowledge in IT/Cyber/Networking/OT domains 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive business relationships and personal accountability 
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills (international client-facing experience a must)
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Availability and flexibility to working hours (APAC, Europe, US)  
  • Team player with ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch
  • Very high level of English
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure

 

Advantages

  • Knowledge and experience in security products implementation (i.e. SIEM, IDS, etc)
  • Strong understanding of networking domain 
  • Cyber Security project management background and experience 
  • ICS/IoT domains related experience 
  • Professional services experience in related fields
