Zohar Zisapel has a vast background in entrepreneurship and management in the hi-tech industry since co-founding the RAD group together with his brother in 1981. Ever since Zohar started multiple successful companies in the Telecom and Cyber Security markets, and now serves on the boards of several publicly traded and privately owned companies.
Prior to founding the RAD Group, Zohar headed of the Electronic Research Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, for which he was awarded the Israel Defense Prize in 1979.
Zohar has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Ilan Barda, founder of Radiflow is a Security and Telecom executive with 20 years of experience in the industry.
Mr. Barda’s last position was the CEO of Seabridge, a Siemens subsidiary, with world-wide responsibility for the Siemens/Nokia-Siemens Carrier-Switches portfolio.
Ilan has deep experience in developing secure communication equipment from his service in the Information Security division of the IDF.
Ilan has a B.A. in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program.
An experienced security expert, Yehonatan Kfir has lead Radiflow’s technology innovation road-map since 2014.
Earlier in his career he had served for 10 years in an IDF Intelligence Corp elite R&D Unit. In his last role in Unit 8200 he was in charge of new product research at the Cyber Innovation division and led a project that won the Intelligence Corp Commander’s Creative Thinking Award.
Yehonatan has a BSc, an MSc and an MBA, and is currently working on his PhD in Cyber Security.
V.P. Sales North America
TJ Roe is an industry veteran with 20 years’ experience in the design and sales of Industrial Automation Networks and Security for Power and Water Utilities, Intelligent Traffic Systems and more.
Previously TJ was Director of Strategic Markets for the industrial networking division of Belden and prior to that he held several positions of sales leadership at GarrettCom, where they introduced some of the industry’s first substation switches.
TJ was a contributing member to the IEEE Standard committee on Security for Substations and presented on cyber-security at leading industry events.
Yaron Hopstone-Dayan, is an experienced R&D manager which held various management positions in global companies in the last 12 years.
During his career, Yaron managed large R&D groups in distributed sites globally to develop high-end telecom equipment introducing modern capabilities like SDN and NFV and using Agile methodology.
Yaron joined Radiflow in 2015 to lead its software group and in 2016 was promoted to the VP R&D position.
Yaron has a B.A. and a MBA from Haifa University.
Uri Dror joined Radiflow in 2013 as the VP Operations in charge of Corporate Supply Chain Management, Production, Procurement, Logistic and Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Dror’s past experience includes over 15 years of result oriented in Operations in High-Tech Industry. Prior to joining Radiflow, Mr. Dror was the Director of operation at Channelot, the Supply chain manager in Ruggedcom and several operational positions within Verint system.
Mr. Dror holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ariel University Center.
